To order livestock, first email to confirm availability. If your bird is available call us for detailed questions. If you seriously want to purchase a bird from us call us directly on the phone so that we can establish a relationship. We will only respond to emails for customers who have serious intentions of purchasing. A phone call to Hawaii is no more expensive then calling any other state. Hawaiian time is 6 hours behind eastern standard time, 3 hours behind the west coast.
Birds are shipped via air cargo such as Delta Air Lines (cost on Delta is $120.00 per shipment) and can be paid when you pickup the bird. They are not shipped to your home you must pick them up at the airport. To confirm closest airport for pickup you may call the Delta Pet First Desk at 888 736-3738. We can also use Continental Air Cargo cost is $149.00 and must be prepaid. Other airlines are available if needed to service your area. For shipments out of Hawaii, there is no quarantine or special papers needed. Special documentation, however, is required to enter Hawaii. Birds are usually shipped on overnight flights out of Honolulu International Airport. Our farm is just 20 minutes from the airport. They arrive on the West Coast by 6am and most East Coast airports by 2pm. We can usually ship at your convenience for pickup any day of the week. When placing your order, we require full payment for birds ready to be shipped within two weeks. If the bird will not be ready due to age a 20% nonrefundable deposit is required. Payment must be sent within 48 hours via priority mail or express service. You must email tracking number to hold bird. If you fail to forward tracking number within 48 hours we will place the bird back on the market. Payment must be in the form of a money order or cashiers check. We do not take credit cards on livestock. You must read and acknowledge the Guarantee via email and agree to terms and conditions stated in the Guarantee.
